Refunds
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been completed.

Purchases & licensing
Product licenses are intended for use by the purchaser on their own computer(s). If you need additional seats, you must obtain additional licenses.
Licenses may not be shared, transferred for free, or resold unless we explicitly authorize it in writing.
Compatibility
Our tools are built to work with supported versions of NinjaTrader at the time of release. However, we can't guarantee ongoing compatibility with future NinjaTrader updates or third-party changes.
