NinjaTrader licenses
When you purchase a product that includes NinjaTrader licensing, you must provide the email address of the NinjaTrader account that will receive the license. That license is activated only for the NinjaTrader account tied to that email.
You may update the NinjaTrader license email from your account subject to product limits (for example, once per calendar day in UTC). You are responsible for ensuring the email is correct and belongs to you or someone you authorize to use your subscription.
Licenses are personal to your subscription and must not be resold, transferred for compensation, or shared in a way that circumvents these terms, except as we expressly allow in writing. Assigning a license to a third-party NinjaTrader account does not entitle that party to billing support or refunds on your behalf.
Intellectual property
Trademarks, text, design, and site materials belong to Tradoxus or its licensors unless stated otherwise. No license is granted except what is strictly necessary to view the site on your device.
Links and third parties
The site may include links to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or policies.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tradoxus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the site.
